Business Meeting ASIA 2010 in Kyoto
The 8th Business Meeting ASIA was held in Kyoto, Japan from Sep 8 through 11 in 2010. During the business meeting which ASPA and Kyoto Research Park (KRP) hosted together, ten small and medium venture enterprises from Korea visited Kyoto in person and participated in the several programs.

. The Visit of National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT)
The Korean participants visited NICT Keihanna Research Laboratory in the afternoon on September 9. They heard about the research and the development of information technology and took a tour through the ubiquitous home and communication robots in the institute.

Business Matching of Korean and Japanese companies, a major function, was held in the 4th building of KRP on September 10

Twenty seven Korean and Japanese companies in the electrical and electronics industry (10 Korean companies and 17 Japanese companies) participated in the main event. They made the presentations of their companies and then one-to-one business consulting was followed.

One-to-One Business Matching Consulting
One-to-One Business Matching Consulting went on according to the predecided meeting schedule.
Not only the manufacturers of automobile parts, robots and IT products in the electrical and electronics industry but the animation production and the developer of game programs and 3D in the contents industry participated and it attracted a lot of attentions from Japanese companies.
Following this meeting, “The 9th Business Meeting ASIA” is going to be held in Kawasaki, Japan for three days from October 5 through 7.
