Trends of Technological Innovation in the COVID era
Technological
innovation changes so fast in recent COVID era. The need for social distancing
requires the way people live and work to be changed and the need for non-face-to-face technologies is increasing. In such a
change, industries are trying to provide new product and services and technological
innovation is changing accordingly. With the COVID, not only industry, but
university and public research institutes are going through deep changes in
technological innovation. In this background, an online forum (webinar) to share experience in technological innovation trends in the
COVID era was held on 4th Dec.
In this forum, Dr. Yeong-Junaq Wayne Wang, President of Asian Science Park Association (ASPA) and Director General of Hsinchu Science Park (HSP), participated as a speaker and gave a speech about “Industrial
Technology Innovation in Post-pandemic Era – Opportunities and Challenges of Science Parks”.
With the 3 Academic Societies of Korea (KOSIME/ISIC/KOTIS),
STEPI and PICMET cohosted this international forum.
