Event Report for HVC KYOTO 2020

On Monday 19th October, Healthcare Venture Conference KYOTO 2020, which had been postponed due to COVID-19, was held in Kyoto Research Park. The event saw 350 participants in total including online participants. This year, 26 companies from 7 countries pitched, and 60 individual meetings have been arranged. In order to prevent COVID-19, we introduced onsite-online hybrid style. Guests and presenters located in Japan were invited to the venue, overseas speakers gave their presentations via Zoom, and YouTube Live was streamed for the other audience. We could not be more grateful for all the participants who came onboard in spite of the time difference or connection problems. Thank you!
