The 26th ASPA Annual Conference successfully ended
| From November 14 to 15, 2023, the 26th ASPA Annual Conference under the theme of "Connecting Asian STPs Trough the Silk Road Model" was hosted by Teknopark Istanbul. Over 220 innovation experts participated in the event to get involve in the meaningful knowledge exchange. Four distinguished Turkish keynote speakers offered the beginning with the valable speeches which are good fit for the the conference theme. It was followed by the Plenary session and six presentation sessions. Total 24 speakers except for the keynote gave the speech in accordance with the session theme and sub-topics as below; - Plenary Session: Building Bridges of Innovation 'The Silk Road Model for Connecting Asian Science and Technology Parks' - Session 1: Enhanced Collaboration and Integration between STPs - Session 2: University-Industry-Government-NGO Cooperation in STPs - Session 3: Digital Transformation in STPs - Session 4: Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development - Session 5: Financing Innovation in STPs - Session 6: Sustainable Development in STPs |

Technical & Cultural Tour
<Cube Incubation for Deep Tech Entrepreneurs>
On November 15, the last day of the conference, participants had a tour of Cube Incubation in the Teknopark Istanbul campus.
In the Cube Incubation, Turkiye's first and only Deep Tech focused acceleration and incubation center, hosts an ecosystem where entrepreneurs, investors and other stakeholders with innovative and deep tech-based business ideas meet in common goals with Türkiye's first and only deep techn-oriented incubation center structure. It provides many opportunities and support such as working areas, training, mentoring, technical consultancy, library, technopark tax and various advantages in order to increase synergy in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
During the tour of the Cube Incubation, there was the introduction of major tenants which will lead the deep tech industry of Istanbul and trial technology performance by a tenant company.

Next ASPA Conference in 2024
The 27th ASPA Annaul Conference 2024 will be co-hosted in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia by National Information Technology Park and the Science Park Administration of Mongolia with support of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of Mongolia.
Date and venue will be officially announced soon.
