Mr. Song Kyung-chang has been appointed as the new President of Pohang Techno Park. He has built extensive administrative experience covering regional industry and the economy as a whole, having previously served in key positions at Pohang City and Gyeongsangbuk-do, including President of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Economic Promotion Agency.
Pohang Technopark is a regional innovation hub established in 2000 to foster new knowledge-based industries. It has about 90 employees which operates 100 entrusted projects valued at KRW 130 billion annually.
